Is charisma the key to success?

Charisma is one of the most imperative traits of successful people. Especially, leaders, activists, innovators, legends in other word public figures; the one characteristic that all of them have in common is charisma. In order to pursue such high-level positions or to be a public figure, charisma is as important as hard working.
Charisma is hard to measure and hard to define. But according to Cambridge dictionary, the definition of charisma is as follow; ‘a special power that some people have naturally that make them able to influence other people and attract their attention and admiration.’ According to this definition, not everybody has charisma but only the gifted ones have it.
Charismatic people can influence people easily. Most of the time politicians with charisma have high opportunity of winning. Because they can win people heart better than other. For instead; Barack Obama is one of the most charismatic person of 21th century. He has the power of making the message come deep down to your heart and stay there forever.
Charisma is often said to be a confusing profound quality you either have it or no. But fortunately, a lot of researchers like John Antonakis said that you can learn charisma and become one of the most charismatic people our world has ever seen.
Professor Wiseman at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK estimates charisma is 50% inborn and 50% trained. They key ingredients of charisma are simple actions that, with practice, become a part of your personality and improve your interactions with everyone around you, increasing your overall satisfaction with life.
All in all, charisma is one a must have ingredients to be a successful. In whatever sector we are working the charisma we have plays a big role. At the end every job needs an interaction with others and to influence other we need to have the so called charisma.
